Why not target per capita CO2 emissions, give target to every country. Let's start with simple steps, reduce unnecessary energy consumption, switching off lights on the advertising boards is a simple target, ban outdated energy un efficient technologies, big picture is to go for green energy, but small steps of change in the consumer behavior is a key for sustainable development, I hope better choices are made this time..

I hear as of current she Is In scandinavia. If she got here by private jet then whoop ti doo hypocrisy In spades... I am very cynical and sarcastic. As there are 6 months to cop 27 being held In Sharm El-sheikh then would It not be a more viable Idea getting rid of the cop meetings? do the UN really need to fly all around the world holding these meetings? How much did the 400 private jets emit at cop 26 and they heavy armor-plated convoys with their eggs inside to avoid them breaking? How much did security cost, especially police making sure demonstrations didnt get out of hand and what kind of climate action can you get for that money? I see the cop meetings as nothing more than hypocritical hot air. Especially the celebrities showing up at cop 26. Be it by own or rented private jet or flying with carry on or even a sailboat crew flying back home and out to pickup the boat. Cop 28 Is going to be held In Dubai so oops they farted again. But they could at least buy Emirates economy tickets If they must do It. If you really want action then the only way to cut back Is dictatorship. But that Is not going to happen.

The reason why there are no significant advances in climate change control is because we have not reached the correct decision makers. We are making so much noise. We are raising our hands so high. We are repeating our message for environmental peace so many times. However, the ones that make the binding decisions are not being touched by these attempts. We need to try again and again until we reach them. I wish real, effective success to COP26!

Greetings to Executive Secretary Patricia Espinosa. She is making a very good job. There is a need for a leaders team building initiative. This is an initiative that ensures that the anti-climate change leaders that take the lead in this endeavor are the best ones that humanity has. For example, Greta Thunberg from Sweden, Xiye Bastida from Mexico, Jael Alexandra Rocha Aranibar from Bolivia, and so on. Once called activists, now is the time to hire them for the United Nations teams. They are the best humanity has. Thus, it is time for them to leave the streets and take the offices in charge. We need their commitment, their energy, their wisdom, their environmental traction, their love for this planet!

Es un principio de administración empresarial y de la administración pública poner a los mejores recursos humanos de un grupo al frente de las iniciativas que son de mayor interés para la organización o la sociedad. No hay sarcasmo. Exactamente qué posición podrían tomar, eso lo deciden los organismos multilaterales, pero es lo mejor que podemos hacer dada la situación crítica que ya vivimos con el cambio climático.
