CLIMBING THE WORLDS MOST TERRIFYING LADDER!! | Donnerkogel Via Ferrata Austria | VAN LIFE | VLOG 12

We're Kira and Bogdan, and we spent the past year converting our MWB Ford transit van into a luxury off grid home on wheels with absolutely no prior experience. We are very happy with our build and we are now on a 3 month road trip through Europe visiting some incredible places and having life changing adventures!
This week we're in Austria again, where we attempt to climb the Donnerkogel Klettersteig Via Ferrata, with the iconic 'ladder to heaven'.

@@augustadventuress Yes, it really is. We love to see the Gosau ridge at different seasons and different weather conditions. It is always changing, always a little bit different. At late afternoon it often is illuminated by the setting sun.

Well done guys, great job! Just wondering how tall are you Kira? My daughter and I are planning on doing this and she is 5ft 3. you said you struggled with the peg spacing after the ladder, so I don’t want to take her up there if she won’t reach, it’s looks scary enough as it is😬 Tia 👍
