what is the meaning of "solo climb" in context of via ferrata? Withouth protection?

Hi, I feel some people are a bit confused about the term "solo" in reference to climbing. Very simply put: "Free Solo" = no ropes, no protection "Free Climb" = ropes, no additional climbing aiders "Solo Climb" = alone, ropes and gear are allowed

@@walterdraper6630 It's simple: A villain would risk your life so he can have fun. A hero would risk his own life so you can have fun. Those who installed this via ferrata risked their lives so you can have fun. And they don't even make a profit out of it (they are a non-profit organization). It's not easy to climb those mountains with some heavy equipment like a rotary hammer drill and an engine generator, to drill all those holes, to fix rungs and huge ladders, while hanging over the void. Plus, they thoroughly check the fixtures on a regular basis, to make sure that it stays safe over time.
