For gonorrhea, many guidelines are changing due to resistance to azithromycin from mycoplasma genitalium. In UK and many countries are just going for 1 gram of ceftriaxone only. Other alternatives are available of course. Great video. I like your style. 👍

What about the differential diagnosis? Here, you're looking at orchitis, vaginitis, PID, and a UTI.

Nice video. I treat alot of epididymo-orchitis in men. But you are right risks to mother and child are high. Standard treatment usually with doxycycline unless there's a pregnancy risk then use extended dose of Azithromycin.

You mention diagnosis methods but don't distinguish test speed for practitioners. DNA probes and IF can take 2-3 days. Urine tests are quicker but cultures are the gold standard.
