A total missed opportunity to see him and Hailee Steinfeld sing in an episode of Hawkeye. The man needs to do a musical for sure. And the past 15 years THEY could not make a movie or show mainly focusing on Clint Barton (and mostly him). They pretend as if the Marvel Comic fans don't want to see *Hawkeye/Ronin vs Kingpin or Bullseye* and more. You all remember the tracking shot Japan fight scene in Endgame, you know you would so want more of that, a rated R Hawkeye and Ronin movie can totally be something greatly special different from the rest of the MCU (And they care to make a mature show for Echo of all characters.) So much more stories needs to be told during that *blip* in the Hawkeye character.

In the Hawkeye show, Clint says that Natasha talked about Yelena a lot, and in this scene they are wondering if she had family. Did they all just completely forget that she talked about her sister? Or if she only spoke about it to Clint, why didn’t he enlighten them? He may have been sad, but it’s appropriate to talk about it so the Avengers can get in touch with them and tell them what happened.

Its the fact that even as superheroes who've lost so much, it didn't even occur to them that everyone wouldn't make it back. Wasn't a thought in their mind. Thats what make this even more heartbreaking, its the paradox of winning, but at what personal cost?
@jarekmiller43372 жыл бұрын
0:39 - And she also had a family with Yelena, Red Guardian, and Melina. We don't know how much the snap affected them, but we do know that Yelena was dusted and revived offscreen in this film for the Hawkeye series.

Clint, is full of regret and sadness because he just lost a sister. Regret enough to yell to a god, Thor. That's how upset he is.

Plot device that it cant be undone. Just get another Natasha from another time line, just like what they did with Gamora.

They already did that in What If (AoU Nat being taken to the timeline where 5/6 Avengers are dead) so I doubt it.

Someone else mentioned the 5 of them represent the 5 stages of grief. I'll take it further: Each of them narratively fit the stage of grief they've wrestled with the most. Thor has dealt with his grief over the past 5 years by denial, drinking away his emotions. Bruce has always struggled with anger and the Hulk has enabled that. Clint dealt with his grief by bargaining that his duty as Ronan would make his loss fairer. Steve looks more mournful rather than depressed, but he has helped others over the past 5 years wrestle with depression. And Tony had already reached acceptance over the past 5 years. Having Morgan helped in healing the wound of the loss of Peter. He even went into this fight beforehand expecting his own demise. I'm probably overthinking, but it's nevertheless a tragic moment.

This is why I love this movie. It’s real! There’s real loss and real pain. Even in the beginning of the movie you can see the effect that them losing had on everyone, nat was crying in her office, thor was depressed, etc. the stakes were real. I understand that their contracts were up so they had to write them out somehow but still I’m grateful this wasn’t the typical marvel, all the good guys win in the end and everyone is fine. It’s not real.

i really love Thor in this scene. hes trying to be macho man with his whole "we're the avengers, get it together" line but the others there show its ok to cry and mourn. after 5 years of inaction you can feel how desperate Thor is to prove his worth again and it comes across so strong in this scene and the next where he volunteers first to use the gauntlet. its such a real portrayal of battling depression and common ways men try to cope. whats even better is clint lashing out at Thor for his denial. its so real and so good it might be my favorite part in the movie for the raw emotion you can feel.

The 4 avengers accepted her death and mourned but it's heart touching how although Thor and Nat spent least time with each other but Thor denying to accept her death and having the hope to bring her back through the stones just proves how much he changed since 2012 and loved his members by heart.
