I love how they made the machine "talk " And I understand how Franklin gambles. Lol. It's got to payout some; much more often than Powerball, say does AT ALL. Odds to win at all are like 1:12. Scratchers, at least are 1:4-ish. At the 10.00 ticket. I personally never "chased a loss." I'm stupid. I chase WINS. Lol. If I never won (hello, Powerball) I'd quit!
