What would be really good is to be able to set the squeeze action per app or per context. Like using the palette when writing and something else when using the pen to navigate within an app or in iOS, being able to set a shortcut play and pause only on KZbin or Netflix app, etc

I love these types of videos. I, myself, mapped the squeeze function to a shortcut, which displays a list of menu options, such as going back to the home screen as well as opening up KZbin and other apps. I am utilizing it just like I do on my iPhone 15 Pro Max with the action button. 🙂

On ipad os 18.1 here, the pencil squeeze setting suddenly stopped working properly. It only just goes to the main pencil setting, not specifically to the squeeze.

When I choose one of the options on data jar within the shortcut. Sometimes I can’t paste what I chose.

Nice shortcuts as always, by the way I use your iPad clipboard an inspiration to create the same without the need of Data Jar app. Instead of adding text to Data Jar, I append text to Clipboard “Title of the note”. By selecting Yes from the Menu It will find All Notes and select the note that contains Clipboard in the title. Get text from body of that note and split text by new lines Choose from split text and copy to clipboard. 😊

Thanks for sharing. I still haven’t picked up an  Pencil for my 13” Pro. I haven’t really used it without the new Magic Keyboard attached, as it’s really good. But videos like these make me consider using it in more ways.

Completely off topic - Can I take my M1 iPad Air, connect a USB C hub that is an expansion hub with multiple USB C ports - and utilize? Say, have an external drive connected, a charger, a wireless mic (that connects with a C unit)?

@@beardfm It might not be easy, I tried it myself by using an action from toolbox pro, but that action seems buggy to me. And trying to solve it via url is too complicated for me and it doesn't seem to be accessible free of charge. Good luck!
