I'm trying to follow along, I really don't understand at 1:58 how you delete the inner line. When I try that, it deletes most of the top and closes the loop. Any idea? Thanks

I have done a work around this issue. I zoomed out, got closer to the ending lines and added points right next to ending points of the top line. Then deleted the line. and afterwards joined the gaps manually.

Alavanon is great option, but not necessary. You can customize the CLO default avatars measurements or bring in your own custom avatars as well

sure; use "solidify" or "strenghted" so it will have much more constistency

How do you draw a curved line in the 3d space?

While you are clicking to place the point down Hold down CTRL for pc or CMD for mac. You can also hit backspace and it will undo one point backwards at a time, so you can make small changes as you go.
