@@ShadowdaHedgie11 same applies to AW1. Yet the reboot decided to make Clone an actual character. Its only logical that AW:DS, if it was getting a reboot, would reuse Clone and just update his kit accordingly.

I was actually thinking "hyper takedown" Hyper takedown: able to drain and take away bits of the enemy's units, not just by health, but by fuel and ammo as well, lowering it down by 10%. Increasing defense by 10%

@@Terraqueo22 Going by how clones officially work, they use DNA from the original CO and thus gain access to All day-to-days, COPs, and SCOPs said COs have. If WayForward decides to make a Dual Strike DLC for this game, then it will depend on how much effort they want to put into it. We could very well see each of the other Clone COs (Olaf, Kanbei, and Drake) being made into playable COs themselves despite being literal clones of existing COs. The only difference would be in their themes being broken in comparison to the originals.

@@HyperKadaj I know but they should have some gimmicky to stand out from the other COs.. Like I dunno Cloned Andy Power Super repair only would increase 1 hp instead of 2 and Super Uprgrade Would only heal 4 instead of 5. The gimmick would be i dunno... Repairing units on cities base and ports would be upped by 1. Cloned COs would be a nice addition to Dual Strike if they ever do it...With the trait system you could make some builds. And tbey need to nerf some traits because some traits are severely overpowered

To be fair, there's a few meme references in the new game, entirely possible it was intentional. You can't meme too much without tripping over something tired. On the other hand, an eye gleam (whether actually glowing or not) is a common anime expression. So I'm also inclined to say it's most likely not a reference but I can't be sure.
