Does no one know how to remove the FUCKED GARBAGE songs they install? Why is this program such a fucked state of unintuitive man. WHy do they even include default any songs. I have watched so many tutorials and none talk about removing this trash Like Through the Fire and Fames but they include a song only Metal Heads would like just trash all around shame.

If people are having trouble finding the custom folder you need to 1. Enter file explorer 2.press on documents 3.press clone hero 4.you should see a folder name custom 5.follow the video tutorial

"Highways" I guess is the name used for the track you play on with the notes then I guess, yeah? I don't suppose there's a way to change it from looking like GH to looking like RB is there? You didn't put anything in the description about how to change that.

I don't believe there is a way to make it look like RB honestly. They designed it around Guitar Hero

There is a CH equivalent called Y.A.R.G, with a drastically similar installation process, that is more oriented for customization, aesthetics, including Rock Band style highways and gems, default backgrounds from old games, etc. Hope this helps!

When you create a profile you have to make sure you select 5 fret if your using the OG Guitar with the 5 Colors. If its the Guitar Hero Live Guitar that is the 6 Fret

If you used the website I linked, I believe it should be the custom video folder or backgrounds if you can copy and paste in both. Also in settings you should rescan custom files

It's terrible UI design for newbies. It does work, but it requires you to understand that by default A on the keyboard is GREEN button and is used as OK. S on keyboard is RED button and is used as CANCEL. The enter key is only used as START button. Also, the game cleverly recognises your controller (i use an old PS3 GH guitar) but still needs you to map all the buttons to work. Strange it doesn't just use a default map.

Anyone know how to make a wireless gh3 for ps3 guitar work on the computer? The wireless USB connection seems to be connecting to the guitar but none of the controls on the guitar work once inside Clone Hero :/

Same guitar I am using. Click the space bar to go to controls and look down a bit, click the mouse on the controller column on far right, select the one across from the green button, then click the green button on your guitar controller. Repeat for all the buttons. You only have to do this once. It's good to go after that.

Yeah no problem, so when you first start it up create a new profile then you have the select 5 fret guitars instead of 6 fret. 5 fret is original guitar hero and the 6 fret is the Guitar Hero Live Guitar

It is horrible to get set up, but once its done, you'll love being able to play pretty much any song in existance. I wish we had this back in 2006 when my friends and I were young and partying with GH3 battles, it would've been so much more fun having more songs.

I would double check that an instrument is being selected before the song starts. I know some of the songs are only 6 fret or 5 fret. There is a way to convert all 6 fret songs into 5 fret songs.

Hmm I'm not sure usually I press enter the first time then it makes you create a profile then once you do that it lets me continue, also I think the green and red buttons are A, D, or S. If that doesn't work try reinstalling it after uninstalling and restarting.

So i believe Clone Hero only recognizes guitar if it's the Xbox wireless dongle or ps dongle connected through USB. Or just connected directly to USB straight from guitar or drums

I just had the same issue. Just add the .rar file to any folder (creating a new one would be better) and then download the folder with the .rar in it. It´s just how drive works

@@therealnikos2033Did you try and rescan the folder in the Clone Hero settings? If not I would try to make a new folder somewhere else on the computer. Add them to that folder then in the settings of Clone Hero try and add that new folder as one of the directory's. I think you can create the new folder in the Clone Hero settings also.

So you just pretty much have to map the Player 2 controls on a second controller then it will automatically work once you press start on the second controller. Let me know if you have other questions. Hopefully that helps

How do you use wiitarthing

I'm not familiar with wiitharing. If your trying to use a Wii remote I know the also have adapters they sell online and you can connect via USB

U have to sync ur wiimote in wiitarthing and remember to have bluetooth on!

Do you need windows to run it? I have it downloaded and clone hero is synced to the wii controller but the guitar itself won't register

I got mine on ebay with the ps4 version of the game for a good price. If you're buying from ebay though just make sure that it says the dongle is INCLUDED

So I personally have over 4000 but I just did each pack manually. Unless you find someone that just has a big file download somewhere. Then you would just add this say one big file

After waiting like 8 years for this game to come to console I figured that's never going to happen. So I bought a pc in the black friday sale. It's coming next week. It's windows 11? Yeah it should work perfectly fine. Let me know if you have any issues. Clone Hero works with almost any computer luckily.

First hurdle man.. so my pc just came haha. And this is the first game I'm downloading. But on the first link I can't seen to get the packs to download. It just says having issues. I got soulless but I wanted all the tracks for the previous GH games too.

Sorry for the late reply, yes it's strange. Only happens when trying to get the guitar hero game charts. I had to be online at a certain time. But I've got them now! I just can't figure out how to get highways. I'd rather it all black and no highway but I don't seem to have that in my options. So I'll need a black highway
