I found a knife on a fishing trip about 30 years ago that looks pretty much identical to that one sheath and all, I still have it. Clones and drones and bone heads on their phones... I can remember a simpler time : ).

Nothing wrong with an inexpensive Clone-Knife, to walk around Nova Scotia with, in that nice sheath, GunGeek.

nothing wrong with this thing other than being pretty heavy and the mystery steel :)

Back in the old days, a Canuck in the north could carry a 'heavy knife' >easy to sharpen/ and strong enough to split kindling. ... A Gallon of Homebrew beer, and the fixins for Bannock Bread, an old-time, strong Canuck knew how to survive on the long hikes.

I have a Buck 110 that's probably not as blade centered or tight as that one. Don't get me wrong, I love my 110. I also had a G96 when I was kid. Another nice knife!

We humans are a peculiar species , the things some folks focus on but completely disregard another detail… the possibilities of pedantic nitpicking are endless , and I too have found myself doing it.

isnt that the truth lol :)

I picked up one of those for $20 at a gun show like a month ago. Looks identical but mine has horn scales and a crappier sheath - sure evidence of clone aging and degeneration.

I have a clone of that knife. It has the word Sheffield on one side, and “stainless China”on the other.

I have one that looks like that. The sheath that I bought for it cost more than the knife.
