Today, we are making an ecosphere on a small scale by using a jar. There are more species than you can count living in this pond together making it a great place to start a closed ecosystem.

I had those same red worms in my jar. It took forever but I’ve come to the conclusion they’re midge fly larvae

Yeah, I live in Texas but I try and travel around for unique ecospheres.

I have 4 ecospheres and i can only recognize 2 things from urs loll. Watch out for those worms, they breed like rabbits.

Yeah, it’s crazy how different small organisms can be around the world. Those small worms actually killed an ecosphere of mine in the past.

i think those thin white worms at the bottom are called horse hair worms, alot of ecospheres ive seen have them

The jar can be any color. I like clear the best because it lets the most light in and it allows you to see inside better. If you decide to make an ecosphere, let me know how it does!
