Amazing piece. Just to clarify, how did you go about contacting CH to get the custom done? Did you go into the store with the watch and speak to an associate?

I reached out to my SA saying I was interested in getting it done, he submitted the request for approval, and once we got approval I brought it in. Note that I've been told lately that they aren't accepting any watches for customization right now; not sure when it'll open back up.
