Jimmy Carter is genuine, he says what he thinks no agenda. Private prisons, for profit cause increases in human beings in prison, many of whom are homeless and prisons are a home for them, this happens quite often in US cities. Certainly some people warrant prison time, however many are just there as there is no where else for them to go. However hopefully the US will increase spending on affordable housing, this increase individual productivity/happiness and economic prosperity.

I think we absolutely need to make civics a requirement in school again. I think too many students don’t know “civics” and how it applies in the U.S. Many adults these days have no clue how the federal government works or how it was designed to work and they don’t know what the three branches of the government are and the responsibilities assigned to each one and how these branches interact with each other to make sure the government functions properly. If Americans don’t know, how can we expect immigrants to know anything about how government functions and which branch does what?

Perhaps jail time should not be given for having marijuana in your possession while your car is searched...Perhaps a rehabilitation appointment should be given instead as a violation and it should be added as a traffic violation not a drug charge. That way the person has to attend mandatory self help meetings to support "their own rehabilitation and salvation" at a drug rehabilitation center. Per Jimmy Carters words. As Jimmy Carter thought that decriminaliztion of possession of majiuana should go into effect for minimizing the jail population. You just get a ticket for possession and go to drug rehab.

THENKS EVERYONE ME TO ILOVE THEM BOTH SO TO DAY IS DAYS ORDER FOR PRESIDENT CLINTON,NEXT WEEKEND COMING PRESIDENT JIMMY CARTER LARG PROGRAMS...
For being two southern governors who became democrat presidents, these two hate each other. They hate each other. Clinton blamed Carter for costing him his second gubernatorial term after Carter placed refugees in Arkansas. He begrudgingly used Carter for diplomatic missions in the 90s, and Carter overstepped and announced outcomes with North Korea without consulting Clinton and took a position with Haiti Clinton didn’t appreciate. Although, Carter did succeed on both missions. Despite many trips to Atlanta, Hillary never visited Rosalyn as First Lady. Carter has made thinly veiled criticisms of the Clinton Foundation, saying he’s poured money into the Carter Center but never taken money out. Carter supported Obama over Hillary in the 2008 primary, and Sanders over her in the 2016 primary

I think it should be investigated if the American states now and then are legislated with the Bible written as a story. The word immunity (Latin immunitas, freedom from obligations to the state) comes from a religious revelation from the middle ages, most likely from a pope to become lawless, and which has since been rewritten into sovereign, absolute, and qualified immunity (legally, cannot be prosecuted for criminal act) to the president, senate (origin, antique Rome), congress, cabinet, and Supreme Court for law decisions and actions. The political exploitation of the vital ecosystem has now led to forest death, how will it affect people's economy, etc? I think The Democratic party can be a consciously misleading party name with all parties belonging to The Republican party, as current political democracy and socialism can only be about going more toward the middle, eg. The Democrats for law decisions and actions, even with the misleading word professional politician. I think the people should consider voting for a real democratic party with an independent state formation to investigate if the president, parties, senate (origin, antique Rome), congress, cabinet, and Supreme Court overall may be guilty of a violation of democratic rights with misleading elections, economic crimes, violation of human rights with class society for adults and children, and serious environmental crime (force majeure).
