Aside from all the noise…. I am rooting for you guys. I wish more people understood the commitment we’ve made to get married & have kids. That fighting for my marriage over a rough patch speaks more volumes than stepping out. I’m not saying divorce is bad but I don’t see enough ppl showing the hardship of marriage when you choose to stay in it. ❤️

Haha I had a similar thing happen to me once in an art museum. Some guy came up to me and demanded I follow him on instagram to see his drawings. Very weird. This video was so pleasent to watch and inspired me to make more time for solo dates as well :) Also, thank you for setting an example by asking for a brighter room! I'd never have the guts to do that but now I'm thinking that maybe I should lol.

Having a baby is really a difficult time and to be honest I think with both of my pregnancies it took 2 years to feel ‘normal’ again. Regardless of what is happening, we’re rooting fit you Jenn. Be patient with yourself, you’ll always have our support!

Now that I am in my 30s, I’m accepting the fact that I have anxiety and mild depression. I have tried all the other healthy coping mechanisms but at the end i realized I needed the professional help. Especially now that im back in school to be a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Depression can actually affect your brain leaving you more susceptible to developing Alzheimer’s. I am now on an SSRI to help me w the anxious depression symptoms. I initially felt like i was a failure needing to be on a medication. However, It is amazing and encouraging how many women around us are getting the help from anti depressants. You are doing amazing with self care, seeking improvement and being aware of yourself. If you feel like still struggling to cope w anxiety, I would recommend seeing a psych professional •‿• xoxo
