Jen, therapy is great and even if you do not think you have a problem it's really nice to sit down and just talk to someone about life and what you are thinking. Just letting you know (b/c I am a psychology major) that every therapist is required to have therapist of their own.

Us therapists (or mental health counselor in my case) see therapists/counselors who specialize in seeing fellow mental health professionals. We focus not only on our personal life, but how our clients may be affecting us. It's a MUST for all mental health professionals!
