I can attest to how amazing fenugreek is for the scalp. My daughter has dandruff that is actually more like pimples. Her pediatrician said it's something she'll have forever. Fenugreek and raw apple cider vinegar takes it away completely. I've never used nigella but I'm going to be adding that and the cloves to our soaks now. Cloves make so much sense! Thank you so much for this video! Really great tips all around, especially the oil afterwards. Thank you thank you!

@AnnaLove833 жыл бұрын
@@Leadmeon-12 I boil water then pour onto Fenugreek seeds. Let it come to room temperature and put in a closed container (I use a glass Ball jar) in the fridge to soak overnight. Drain the seeds with a sieve to collect that water in another container. Keep the water in the ball glass jar or whatever you use. I then will put in a wet measuring cup to make it easy to pour or you can get one of those plastic Mustard/ ketchup things you get at the dollar store or similar to make it easy to pour/squirt onto your scalp. Massage it in, let it sit for 30 minutes or just leave it in and let dry. It smells really sweet like syrup. The raw apple cider vinegar is key as well. We do that every single time we wash her hair. If you want to use shampoo just do the vinegar after that. You can do it diluted with half water into a similar pouring container. Don't wash it out. When the vinegar dries it doesn't smell. 💜💜💜💜

This is new to me. Is this for those that have difficulty growing their hair? Just asking because I don’t and never have used any of these ingredients but my hair grows naturally fast doing nothing but shampooing and conditioning. Nothing extra. My nails also grow long naturally. I never wear fake nails or weave.
@ellalockettagee18733 жыл бұрын
Everything on here doesn’t work for everyone. But the best way for any of us to grow our hair is to get to know your own head of hair. Just go out and buy a bunch of hot oil treatments, leave in conditioner, a good hair shampoo and conditioner, follow all directions!! Remember that the scalp gotta be kept in good condition because the hair grows from the scalp not the hair!!♥️♥️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

My dermatologist told me the best way to massage the scalp, is to put the pads of your fingers on the scalp, and move the scalp instead of the fingers. You can almost do your entire head if you put your hands in the right position. Also, I use DIYs like this all the time, but I let them sit a minimum of 8 hours, but preferably 24. It's so much more potent and lasts me longer because I don't use as much. I learned that from someone, so I'm passing it along to others. I'll be using this combination tomorrow because I'm making it now. I'm looking forward to seeing how it works for me. Thanks for the recipe!

yes it is. applying oil traps the benefits of this spray on the hair. and dont wash ur hair after applying oil for atleast 1 day. wash ur hair off with a combination of 1 part mung bean flour, 1 part chickpea flour and 1/2 part shikakai (soap bean) powder. mix these powders in hot water to a slurry like consistency and wash ur hair with this. it will clean but will not strip ur scalp of its moisture.
