I love and have used many of your complete satisfaction... I am a Cancer Survivor, and had lost my hair through Chemo and Radiation therapy 30 months ago, I couldn't even twist little knots in my hair, But now, I have a 4c thick full healthy afro, it's beautifully salt&pepper. Thanks to you for posting these videos. I can just imagine that in another year or two my hair will be as full, healthy and long as yours. It's been a lot of work caring for my hair, I almost dread Wash Day, it usually takes me more than three hours from beginning to end 🙃 😁 but I'm loving it, my hair feels so healthy, I keep it in a protective style most of the time. And this new head of hair is better than it has ever been, prior to my Liver Transplant Surgery and the CANCER removal. It's been 2.5 years now. Keep on posting these favorable, healthy good videos that work👋🏾🎉🙏🏾♥️👏🏾👸🏾

Oats are terrific for skin and acne! Make a paste with fine ground oats and a little water and spread on face for about 10-20 min or until nearly dry. Rinse with warm water.

Hello, This is my 1st time being introduce to your page. So far what I've just seen, about oatmeal for you hair. I'm also into eating healthier. I also use a mixture of organic avocado, aloe vera leaf, organic Ginger fresh ginger, coconut oil or grapeseed oil. Mix very well, than I will apply to my entire head of hair. I will leave it on until bed time. Wash out.. and I use aloe vera avocado fresh garlic clove. Preparation for this you just dice cut mash stir mix well. And that I use for my feet my toenails cellulite wrinkles in face when I do my face mask sometime I will use a just aloe vera plant or just avocado and I'll leave that on until I'm ready to take a shower. So with all that been said ....... IM WITH YOU GIRL ON HEALTHY HAIR.!

You bout to make me start a YT channel lol. I was lower back length and am now twa. Grew 7 years worth of hair and a stylist burnt my 4c hair out. Smh. It wouldn't revert back to my tight coils after washing so I had to cut it. But I do know how to grow long hair. My hair in my avatar is from April this year. My hair now touches my shoulders when stretched out. 1. Hair vitamins 2. Hair growth oils 3. Ayurveda Methods 4. Leave your hair alone 5. Drink plenty water and eat healthy 6. Patience and Time

The title says, "Use this and your hair will never stop growing" HER hair is "already" long and healthy yet for me she's not answering the million $ question EVERYONE wants to know, is this or is this NOT what she used to grow her own beautiful loc's that's all I wanted to know. There's hundreds of thousands of people with the same narrative, I just need to know which script to follow QUEEN. I know it's ultimately my prerogative on which I'm going to choose yet details, details. Where's her hair journey if this is real? I can understand if she just didn't think about documenting it from the beginning however state that Sisters are out here trying to do the most to sincerely grow healthy hair in the "EXTREME" manner the title highlights. Life too short to be chasing KZbin pipe dreams. I understand this may be some people's hustle IJS is this the truth or fiction? Inquiring minds want to know. BTW I love her hair, it's beautiful and her vibe too. I'm just trying to find something that really works instead of maybe boosting someone's ratings if it doesn't. I'm gonna give my thumbs 👍🏾 up though the like and subscribe on faith though! PEACE ❤X❤X❤'O'S

Well, it's more than one ingredient 😂 Yes she mentioned it being optional but if you want the shine and that extra moisture use the oils and the honey along with the aloe (which you'll have to blend with a little water and add to the mixture) 😅I love it with all the ingredients!... But I must say it's one of the easier ones to make! And yes you can use only the oats. I say try it with and without the additional ingredients and you decide🤷🏾‍♀️. I keep the pulp that's left up to a week in the fridge... I combine a couple teaspoons of pulp, a little juice from a lemon, teaspoon of honey and tumeric which I prefer the capsules (less messy and I use two) for a face mask❤️ MY MOTTO... IF YOU CAN'T EAT IT THEN DON'T PUT IT ON YOUR SKIN AND DON'T PUT IT IN YOUR HAIR😁

Hello Nesta. Should the hair be shampooed prior to applying the conditioner? Thanks.

You can use this during your washday routine I.e yes shampooed before using or if you’re using as a deep conditioning treatment that you do once a week you can use it without shampooing your hair ❤️

This is something, I would use once a month. I don't want my hair to be weak by using every week. My hair will become thin.

I think im gonna try it becuz I have dry hair due to eczema, nd i think if she sayz it keeps it moist that's wat I need all the time for my hair to be moisturized or it will dry out an start breaking off nd idw that because i normally use like an s-curl not for the curls but just for the moisturizer an the gel nd the spray nd then I would like just put it up or style it but not like a jerry curl, lol so yes i have a good amount of hair but this would hopefully make it grow more ill try a small amount enough to cover hair to see how it comes out if i get good results then ill keep using it, thank u for sharing ur hair products

@@vanessa.rjones4717 Dry hair is my problem and before henna my ends would continually break off. Now it still tangles if it gets too dry, which is very fast since it is fine. But with a little care, I don't get breakage. Next I tried a protein supplement and biotin and my hair growth surprised me after four months. If this works, another hair crisis bites the dust.

Once a week….isn’t that a lot of washing. Ooh well I like trying new stuff so I’m making this. Don’t think I’m washing my hair every week but this will still be nice every few weeks when I wash. Great video.

The only fault I found with this video is that you wasted the oat. I did it right after I watched the video, but I did not do it the way you did it. I did not strain anything. I put the blender on Smootie, so it came out very smooth, no trash, or roughness left over after blending. I mashed out the avocado and boiled it with the olive oil, then blended everything together, including the honey. I even put couple of ripe babanas in it. It came out amazingly smooth and rich. I store 2 containers in the fridge. Since I wash my hair every 2 weeks I won't use it again until I'm ready to wash my hair again. It made my hair so soft and nice👍👌

Hi one good advise I will give you. When you bio the Oat. Place it in the blender and break it up then it won’t be to jumbo I find the jumbo oats are to coarse. So nex time use smallish

Do you have to rinse it off or can you use it as daily hair moisturiser? Does it leave white flaking on hair if left on hair? Thanks for the idea :)

I leave mine in.. and I don't strain it out so yes the oaks can sit in the hair... my hair is short so I rinse my hair for 3 days straight or a good comb out will get most of the chunks... the oats dry out in the hair so it falls out easily in my short hair.. I enjoy this conditioning method..
