Have you ever heard of legally separated? He filed for divorce in Nov 2021 & left the martial home prior to that. That means their relationship/marriage is severed and next comes agreeing on terms esp if kids are involved. Each spouse is free to do as they wish including personal relationships. Sounds like the ex wants every last dime she can get & is willing to work with slimy people trying to ruin his reputation. 2.5yrs is a long time to drag out a divorce proceeding unless you're spiteful. Uncontested divorce in GA takes 30-60 days.

The private investigator Trump's team hired has no way of proving that there was a romantic relationship, the call records were not admitted into evidence and the entire thing is hinging on the private investigator as an expert. The statement that Fannis is using Hawk Analytics to prosecute people is completely meaningless as it can be used if it is introduced properly and it is used to prove location, and nothing else. they are not challenging whether Hawk Analytics works or doesn't work, they challenge whether the results mean what the Trump team say they mean. In fact there is absolutely no way of proving that there was a romantic relationship going on at that time with the fact that 2 colleagues were at the same geolocation at night- the best case scenario for Trump is if Willis actually did lie and she admits it but we have no way of knowing that now.

These seem like really limited clips that he seems to stop looking at once it gets to the parts that reflect badly on them. Like when he stopped reviewing the guys testimony right as he was caught in a lie and even made out like if he updated it to say he had reciepts after 2022 then that would be fine because it would be truthful, but just skipped by the fact he didn't, he actually updated it in December to again say no, and then once he knew he was going to be caught lying under oath, then he updated it to plead the 5th, which again is not even a yes, it's an I don't want to get caught lying under oath and answering honestly now would do that. Or when Fani got caught out when they confronted her with the total amount of the "cash" she was supposed to have given him being over $10k that she has no way to prove where it came from. Even if her arguement is she had and keeps cash at her house, it has to come from somewhere, it doesn't just appear out of thin air, so she should be able to prove bank withdrawls, but she stated clearly that she couldn't. Even if she had the money sitting in her home to pay out the over $10k, surely she would have had to take out more money to replace it if she really does like keeping large amounts of cash at her home and it is a practice that she has always been in. Something is fishy about the whole thing and Bruce just seems to be ignoring it.

So far, nothing has been proven in that regard. If they were splitting expenses on their excursions, then no, Willis didn't benefit. If Wade was paying for lavish vacations and dinners for Willis, using the money he was earning from being the lead prosecutor, then that would indicate impropriety. It's not a good look to be sleeping with a subordinate, but that in and of itself is not criminal. You need to be able to show a clear financial benefit, and the defense can't do that. This is clearly just a case of Wade's ex-wife being jealous and wanting to cause problems for him, and Trump's lawyers trying everything they can to get this case dismissed on a technicality because they know that they are dead to rights if this goes to trial.

We had a safe in our house. And it got robbed! When we were first married, my husband and I bought a safe ( it was heavy enough) but it could be picked up with help. So one of our friends ( who was 6'7, that we went to school with) had helped us as,he was there when it arrived. So we put it in my husband's closet.and I had never told our 6 kids. We would put money in it. At first, but then over the years it just had my mother's death certificate and our wedding license. My husband would put the money in the bank. We kinda forgabout it. We are talking 20 yrs. Till one day, IT WAS GONE! and we knew right away who it was. Our so called friend. We are now in our late 60s. So we knew this guy for over 40 yrs! We took our WELCOME MAT OFF THE PORCH!!.

I’ve testified in criminal and civil trials, both with juries, and without juries I’ve even testified in front of grand juries, and I’ve never seen anybody have this kind of leeway maybe it’s different between the two states where I’ve testified and where they’re at, but it just kind of threw me for a loop because her attitude is it’s her courtroom when everybody knows it is the judges courtroom.
