Looks good! I love using the crock pot, I use it more than my wife. Nothing better on a cold Wisconsin day like a hot pot of beef stew. If you haven't already you might like to look up a recipe for something called Mississippi Pot Roast. We make that about once a month.

It won't be real thick when it's hot but as it cools a little it thickens up a lot.

I don't know about anyone else, but I don't put potatoes in when starting to cook the meat in the crockpot- they will overcook and just be mushy. I boil vegetables separately and add when meat is done.
