We went to Flamingo Land Resort in Yorkshire in April 2022 for the first time in three years. In this vlog we share on ride POV's from all of the major roller coasters, including Kumali, Mumbo Jumbo, Velocity and much more, plus we check out the new roller coaster construction, look around the zoo and so much more!

The concept of this video with Becca and the 2 guys having separate features really worked and is something that I would like to see again. I heard that a lot of work got done on Cliffhanger over the Winter and S&S were involved, it's a pity that a bit of that magic couldn't get worked on Ice Blast to maybe give it a bit more poke. Brilliant video.

That’s the sad thing, ice blast could do what cliff hanger does but they’ve chosen for it not to do that in the cycle.

The second train is stripped down in the workshop. I’ve never ever known it to run two even when it’s been over an hour wait! Crazy!

According to a member of staff velocity is actually permantly set at its slower speed of 25 seconds round trip, he did say flamingo land will not use the faster settings due to safety.

Vekoma will have commissioned the ride so I don't think ride operatives will have any say in that kind of stuff.

Good grief Scott when you said Mike wasn’t here because he’d “started supporting Altringham...” I thought the sentence was going to end “so we’ve booted him off the channel” 😂😂😂 I don’t think I’ve ever been to Flamingo Land despite only being in Leeds. When I was a kid (90s / early 00s) my mum refused to take us after hearing how badly the zoo animals were kept at the time. Happy to see things are improved there now although I’ll be honest I’ve still no plans to visit.

You say it's not professional, I would disagree but I will say it's real, honest accurate and extremely entertaining. @Pleasure Beach Experience I've never been able to get there whenever I've been over either but It would be good to get your opinion of it, I am so jealous of you guys I am gagging for a go on the new coaster in universal, also to see the ride being built-in sea world and not to forget iron gwazi. Also the woodie in fun spot. You have a lot to cover on this holiday, I wonder if you would get footage of the universal park from the Orlando Eye? But please have some me time for yourselves.

Best ride there ever was The Bullet.. It was brutal.! Top Gun Ride was a bit dodgy in my opinion! How no one fell out was a miracle!...lol.... Great Vlog guys!

I'm with Becca on 'Sky Force'. I'm not sure that particular ride should be the replacement though. Cliffhanger looks great. If only parks could renovate old rides. Drayton Manor really need to try and save Apocalypse. This is not a bad drop tower at all. Yes Ice Blast. Something like this could be the answer and takes up no more space.

So some info for you on kumali they have 2 trains but they strip one every year and service it through out the year do all the checks etc then when the new years comes they put that one on for service and take the train that's been in service the year before and strip that's down through out the year so they rotate them yearly

The 10 inversion coaster is not called "Inversion", unfortunately. The name has been confirmed to be "Sik" after a local company called Siksilk. I would take the former over the latter any day. It's terrible!

Two 20 person boats on Lost River taking 5-6 mins to dispatch and a 15 minute ride duration equates to not even 100pph which is absolutely atrocious, someone needs to step in and reform their operations and ride capacity
