Even though I know it probably feels awful, that falling snow looks so beautiful and dreamy. And that was interesting about the grand National beeping. Also crazy to see pieces of the big one track up there like that!!!

It was so cool to see, it wasn’t easy to walk in but it was so atmospheric. I’d love another day like that at BPB sometime. It’s always so fascinating to see the track being replaced 😁🏗

Woawwww ive never seen BPB 8n the snow, this is ace. Well done and thanks for the video Scott! Edit: that bridge from icon down to avalanche could do with sound gripper/ rougher flooring. Its slippy as it it in the rain and on my last visit in November witnessed rather bad falls, qlmost slipped myself with sensible footwear.

This is awesome. I am an ex Pleasure Beach employee and have lived here for 23 years. Snow is more common here than you think, but most of the time it doesn't settle because of the salt air. In 23 years, this is only the 3rd time I have seen it settle at the pleasure beach. I must have been the only person in Blackpool that didn't see the snow the other day, because I was really poorly.

We were there on Sunday, had an absolutely brilliant day. Flying Machines in the snow wasn’t the best idea though!!! Agreed that the Bowladrome/FY4 area really could do with some redevelopment. The Bowladrome in particular is just dead space, can’t imagine the arcade machines in here make them that much money?!

My idea for the trauma Towers/FY4 and Bowl la drome site🤓😎 1) like Mike was saying the Velvet coaster building restaurant either where trauma towers used to be or where are the most used to be one of the two. 2) The other site which ever one it would be out of the two would be home to a new undercover/indoor flat ride. 3) on the FY4/car park and Bowl la drome site would become home to a new indoor rollercoaster, think sort of like the mummy at Universal but on the Pleasure Beach budget.

Will an indoor roller coaster draw the crowds in, more so than ICON? I’m all for an indoor queue but indoor coasters are mostly underwhelming so I’d rather BPB didn’t go down that route.

@@yourexperienceguide if it’s marketed correctly and possibly a marketable IP attached to it then it would drew crowds in. I don’t agree with them being mostly underwhelming personally but each to their own, at the moment Thrillseekers don’t have much of an option when the weather is crap, either put up with it and ride whatever coaster they’re riding in the rain or ride at the dark rides which as fantastic as they are you’re not really much of an option for Thrillseekers and they we’re never meant to be, an indoor coaster would address this and give them something to do that’s more thrilling ride wise indoors.

The cars are actually a very different colour of yellow, the base colour of the display car is much more fluorescent than the one used on the ride
