Tune in to Club Random when Bill has guest Woody Harrelson and Mark Cuban. Very entertaining. But some of Bill's guest were very boring and seemed like they were FULL of themselves. Gene Simmons & John Mellencamp were pretty disappointing. I don't think they even laughed once.

What I loved about this talk was that John knows how to talk with Bill. I love Bill to pieces but he can ramble and often not give his guests enough time to express themselves. John knows when to insert himself and keep the convo a bit more on equal grounds.

Never seen Bill as respectful and genuinely responsive as this; i think Hamm, clearly intelligent and informed as he is, did his subject research on Bill in 'club random mode' and formed a game-plan for actually having a meaningful discussion with someone he respects without the default quick-fire sarcastic opposition and wilful misunderstanding-interruptions from the host. loved this one.

Agreed, that was the only real main thing I completely disagreed with. Never once in all my life have I seen a Midwesterner act afraid or negatively towards someone of a different race. Generally polite friendly people. I think it may be because John meant Missouri where he's from, but I don't suspect many of us up in Iowa/Illinois/Wisconsin, etc.. consider Mizzourah the Midwest, more so the South. But i guess it kinda is. Wikipedia thinks so and I can see it seems to be so on the map. I guess it may depend a lot on which part.

I am convinced Bill has dementia. His arguments are so stupid he cant possibly still live in reality. It's obvious the only time and the only reason for his ageism complaint is when it's self-serving. Yet, he is notorious for not touching a woman with a ten foot pole if she's older than 39. He's basically an old fart arguing young people should listen and young women should fuck him, because otherwise it's ageist.

My grandparents always had old fashions. And finally when I was in college, and went home for Thanksgiving, and went up to visit them, they kept offering me old fashions, which I politely accepted , but would dump them out in the indoor plants when they weren’t looking.

And Bill claimed it took from 1973 til 2006 to forget about this girl breaking up with him. He said once he was 50, he didn't think about April 7 anymore. Since he was born in 1956, that would have been when he turned 50.

They have no idea what’s going on in education. It starts at home. There is not enough accountability. Everyone passes no matter what. The students don’t produce enough actual work. There is not enough repetition and practice because everyone is so worried you might hurt their little feelings or cause stress.
