That's the issue with how SI SIM games, there's zero chance dad gets rejected by those two jobs if SI recorded simmed stats properly and not as if you're on holiday

Funny cause they did used to have it that way, but at some point consciously made the change it so that it was like your assistant was the one getting all the credit, which makes sense generally, but is also quite annoying.

It’s something im trying to change. In other games it’s “simmed” and not holidayed. It’s a way of playing the game for people that don’t have time to play out every single match

my biggest issue with FM is if you get sacked your reputation sinks no matter how many trophies you win. Very unrealistic

Really hope for the next FM (or ideally an update on this FM) it can be changed to simming (like on Fifa) instead of holidaying. I enjoy playing every game but I also love doing longer saves like taking Dumbarton FC to the Champions League final which takes years and years to build up a squad to do so in the Scottish leagues and then my assistant gets all the plaudits as I was lying on a beach on "holiday" apparently. Makes no sense as a club would sack a manager who was always on holiday
