@SuperRobertoClemente
@SuperRobertoClemente 16 күн бұрын
@@davis2k1234 He did get some flak, yes. I remember it well. No offense, but he earned it. He probably raped someone. He ran Shaq out of LA. As LA rebuilt, he went on an absolute spree of ball-hogging and self-glorification. It's weird how time changes things. Now everyone loves his "mamba mentality," which instead of making him a sociopath means he was a superior competitor to LeBron. Now 81 is not the act of a selfish ball-hog but one of the great acts of NBA artistry. For me the truth is somewhere in between these reads. I never idealized Kobe, although I did appreciate his greatness and still do.

The only things Kobe struggled with as a rookie was winning over Del Harris to play him. Why is everybody always talking about LeBron being a great father like they were living in James’s household. The only people who can really say that is his wife, children, and those who spend quality time with his family. Barkley smartly avoided the Lebron v. Mike comparison, because he knew he'd have to say Mike was the greatest.........so he just praised Lebron on his "life story" instead.

Kobe also won 2 without Shaq and he taught everyone on team USA in 2008 how to actually win gold. Kobe also dropped superstar performances against Michael Jordan, and taught him a lesson: your trash talk doesn't affect me. Remember these facts when discussing Kobe, thanks.

Charles: "The one thing i am very proud of..... I've never been personal with a player. I only stick to basketball." Also Charles: "Is that Derrick White or Stephen A?" Lol watch "Shaq and Chuck won't stop roasting Derrick White's hairline" .... that felt pretty personal but hilarious!

It’s not a two man race. Mike is the greatest and it still stands to this day. I still have Kobe over LBJ personally and Steph Curry above him as well. That’s just me. It’s not about numbers but just about the overall impact. LBJ gets credit for player movement and getting to that bag. LBJ does so much of the court and as a father and business man. But on the court; nobody trying to play like LBJ. They all trying to shoot like Steph or be a 7 foot stretch wing unicorn like KD.

Alot of people don't realize the OBSESSION and Love Kobe had for basketball. Non stop working on his game and body. Since he could walk. Up Until his last injury. His work ethic was unmatched. He would be cussing out LeBron and these Lakers if he were here today. Lol. He was a Basketball Nut.

4:08 LeBron has the most perfect feel good story. I get that and see where Charles is coming from. For me personally though a good story is rife with struggle and hardships to overcome. Adversity and failure keeps you engaged, can’t all go write in a film, show or book otherwise there is no story or at least a very boring one. And LeBron has had a lot of those moments too especially when it comes to championships so his story is great by any metric especially as the torchbearer legacy holder but personally I prefer a tragedy and there’s nothing more inspiring than getting up back on the court to shoot 2 free throws after tearing an Achilles. Especially when you know your body’s done. You keep going anyway, come back to prove it and you drop 60 to say goodbye. The story of Kobe Bean Bryant. Gave his blood sweat and tear to the game, never cheated the grind and his story won an Oscar as soon as he was out of the league. He was gearing up for just as legendary of a career post basketball too but was robbed too soon
