תודה תודה! אין כמוך. "עצום" זה אולי קצת מוגזם מצד שני כיף של מחמאה.

Hi, i have a prob in remove the "castle" nut on the primary clutch that even chiseling it won't work for me. What can you recommend to resolve this issue? Thank you so much and I always appreciate your videos.
@MyINNOVAMotorcycling2 жыл бұрын
Hi. Try to warm up the area. I gave there a very strong hammer blows (because I knew I was replacing the bearings any way), so is the damage I done to the nut, see here: 3:06 But sometimes there is no choice. A special tool and Impact-Driver you already been tried? See here: 4:34

is it normal for oil pump gear to not turn ? can you explain how it works ?
@MyINNOVAMotorcycling2 жыл бұрын
Hey. No it's not normal. The oil pump rotates when the engine is rotating, always. As the engine RPM increases, the oil pump RPM also increases linearly. Without the rotation of the pump, there is no lubrication in the engine, which causes increased wear in the engine assemblies, overheating, and complete destruction of the engine in a short period of time. I did not find a video on KZbin that explains how it works in a way that I think it is clear, try searching for yourself and you may find something that will be clear to you. If you find one I would love if you leave us a link here that I can see and share with others. Thanks

can you help me? my motorcycle honda wave r 100 are doing excessive vibration when my speed go between 40 to 60 kph, is it possible that clutch system are the cause of vibration? what parts should i replace? thanks 👍
@MyINNOVAMotorcycling5 жыл бұрын
Hello and thanks for your asking. There are many types of excessive vibration and many different situations that can cause excessive vibration. Some of the vibrations, and I do not know what your situation is, require an immediate stop because continued riding with a motorcycle could put you in life risk! It is very difficult to provide effective information here, in online response, for dilever an accurate information about your excessive vibration. Please ask a qualified mechanic to look at the problem closely, and followd his advice. Thank you very much, Tamir.

nice vid thanks, ive seen others that they dont grind down the cluch key.. do you really need to grind it? Also usually they just push the nut lock up with a screw driver why yours is so deep in that you have to use a hardened steel?? i dont have steel etc i just think im gona open it hoping it wont be so much locked inside

You're right, in my case there was a difficulty. On the other hand, it is not that rare. Not every video shows all the difficulties the mechanic has to deal with. It can happen, it happens all the time. One of the big challenges in mechanics is dealing with stubborn screws that refuse to open or break during opening. When this happens it is a double challenge: 1. a challenge to solve the technical problem, 2. a mental challenge, to stay calm and continue to enjoy the new job that was born. With patience, with the right tools, knowledge, and professionalism, any problem can be solved.

]Google Translation[

Fabric/Cloth is not recommended at all. It's a SOFY metal coin, some bronze alloy. Its composition is 92% copper, 6% aluminum and only 2% nickel.
