Not sure how is this possible. They have problem with electricity distribution across goa. There are also problems with roads. Crime can onlybe fought if there is proper infrastructure to fight it. You can't expect police to work day and night. There are problems with the government who take away land which is then deserted and is a hotspot for crime. The people of goa are able to handle the situation if you give us the equipment and land back. Community in goa has better control of the situation hope they give us the tools at subsidised rates.

gr8 initiative-enforcement should be strict of the policy. instead of rotating PI every 3 yrs, would be better to retain/rotate/terminate based on performance of services rendered.
