Danielson didn't join RoH until 2002. Jericho was using Best in the World since WCW. He came to WWF in 1999, so at the very least it was three years of using it before Danielson. And he didn't say he was best in the world at what he does, he would literally step on someone to pin them and shout Best in the World

He started saying “I’m the best in the world at what I do,” when he switched up his character and changed to trunks after his haitus, so around 2008ish. It was his catch phrase, which was lifted from Wolverine. It wasn’t his catch phrase until then. He often shouted stuff in WCW when he did is one-foot pin like, “C’mon, baby!” and I think he even said, “C’mon, daddy-o!” a few times.

First off, Danielson didn't "come to ROH" in 2002 that's when ROH STARTED with Danielson, Punk, Joe leading the charge. Secondly Jericho didn't use "I'm the best in the world at what I do in WCW, or best in the world" as a tag line until his later WWF run. The semantics on something so obtuse is really a moot point though. How many athletes have used that term forever? Punk wasn't the first, won't be the last. It's funny watching him use it now since he's clearly washed and can't go anymore.
