5;40 "When enough is enough" is easy to answer: It's when cops are caught on camera committing crimes, and the video/videos of the incident go viral and endanger the reelection of the sheriff, mayor, prosecutor, etc. who saw the videos and refused to react as they agreed with the "Internal Independent" investigators who found "No wrongdoings!", and the voters, after the videos went viral, highly disagreed! THAT is when "Enough is enough!", and settlements are reached, and most dirty cops walk free, others are either placed on "leave with full pay", (aka: paid vacation) for weeks or months, a few are forced to resign with full pension, a few are fired, even fewer charged, and quite a few are promoted and given a raise soon after. We've seen hundreds of these incidents and the outcome. and more are published every single day. The big question is: When is "Enough enough" for a majority of voters when it comes to getting rid of dirty cops, holding them accountable for their crimes the same way a poor person with no power, no wealth, would be for the same crime?
