Fascinating machine! Able to take off and land vertically and to hover like a helicopter. And then after transitioning the rotor blades with the whole engines to a vertical position to fly similar to a plane! I wonder how the controls are working like to be able fulfill both flying functionalities! Looks comlpicated and not easy to fly for me. Great video!

There are a lot of them yes but they are not all over the US. There are only a few bases in the USMC, USAF, and USN that operate them.
