Sorry Amry. Before you even asked the question, I was already thinking please cut those sticks off. They are pointy and perfect height for one of your beautiful horses eyes. They also take away from the view of your horses. Sometimes less is better. I'm with Cisco on this one.

My vote is....LEAVE THEM THE WAY THEY ARE!! Has nothing to do with being biased, but I totally agree with you Amry, cause it definitely does look rustic and very cool. And absolutely gives it lot's of character. I love it!! Just my 2 cents. There's other things later on, that ya'll can make look "uniformed". This is going to be a work in progress for a looong time. Not only does it have character, but you'll appreciate it as a memory, a very good memory. Rustic and home-made definitely fits the bill. The horses don't seem to mind either. They look like happy campers. Ready to do whatever you want them to do. The place is starting to become a legitimate home. I know you must feel wonderful inside whenever you drive to it as I'm sure it is still kind of new yet.

Leave the stays as is! They look ranchy, rangey! What a waste of time to go along and trim each one off, then pick up all the tops, then dump them somewhere, UGH! That fenceline looks so down home ish, love it! Tell Cisco you'll break his arm if he touches them, lol!

Sounds like you vetted the new owners for Kixs and they will be a wonderful family for him. Hope to see Kixs when he gets full grown and starts being used for roping. As far as the fence is concerned, I really like the natural rustic look--looks very western, which it is. Therefore, save yourselves the extra work of making them even. I look forward to future videos showing the development of your ranch and more work with the horses.

I love this little guy so much, I'm excited for him but a little nervous sad to say I'm already in tears. I do hope you will keep us posted. I'm sure he is going to have a very full life and an excellent family. I'm sorry Amry but I agree with Cisco, it does make it look more uniform and professional, I think this is the only thing I've ever disagreed on with you, the reason you can't cut them to length beforehand is you can't guarantee how deep to bury or if they will break off during the process. Congratulations to Kix's new owners I hope they enjoy him as much as we have watching him be born and growing into the young stud he is! Thank you, Amry, for all you've done for Kix he is a much better horse for having been in your presence and your training! That was like watching one of your kids leave for college😃😂
