Kim Jong-Un Told North Korean Army to Prepare For War With South Korea. Does He Mean It? | Insight

In January, North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un labelled South Korea an enemy state and dashed all hopes of reunification. This comes on the back of numerous missile tests in the last two years. Then in March, Kim would tell the North Korean military to prepare for war.
Across the 38th parallel, South Korean President Yoon has taken a similar hardline stance. He has refused dialogue with his counterpart in the North, while increasing the number of joint military exercises with the American Military. SOUTH korea has far too many disadvantages being the (dog) of USA. 1) the most logical and repeated with common sense big problem - declining population, especially in the year 2050 which is not too distant, the country is excessively aged population, who on earth with a country of OLD people want to carry arms just for the sake of going to war? 2) If you don't understand the key point .. at least understand economy and cost of living - it is a massive disaster. South Korea has an ocean to help and support trade - BUT NO ECONOMY.

@ismadanial4862 I don't think China would help them. If China truly had their backs they would have helped build up the country into an economic power house but they only trade with them. They don't give them weapons or anything. Russia, maybe...but they have the war in Ukraine I don't think they would be willing to send troops to help out the DPRK if it all kicks off. I think the reason they won't attack is because the North has nukes and an extremely large army. Plus the country is basically one giant fortress. But I agree with Taiwan. If China invaded Taiwan, the North will definitely try and go for South Korea. Or at least try and take Seoul (that way they have less chance of the USA getting involved)
