People with Platelets issue can cut ourselves without realising like when we walk on grass and lose a massive amount of blood. Also because blood cannot clot well we lose alot more blood per period discharge. Mega big thank you to Frederich Lim Kim Koon, sincerely hope kind soul like you able to live a healthy and happy long life. Can everyone who pray please pray for this kind man. Please try to share this video to as much group and friends as possible so some people can be inspired to donate blood too.

respect with a salute to Mr Lim, not just donating, but consistently! 3:58 looks like i have 14-19 donations to make for the first one, until i realise i'd been doing whole of blood donations while mr lim is doing apheresis
@evohaz3 ай бұрын
Well if its every 28 days (4 weeks), it's usually an apheresis donation. The usual or typical whole blood donation is around 3 months interval. But still, its still a good thing nonetheless. As a regular whole blood donor myself, I have mad respect to those who step up be it first timers or fellow regular blood donors alike. Donated like 39 times already, my 40th time is coming up soon. Just like this good chap, i dont missed my appointment. Every single appointment, i cant wait to make my next appointment. Still have the need to continue on this blood donation journey. Peace out!

I am so thankful for everyone who donates blood. 7 years ago, I menstruated for a month due to hormonal imbalance and my haemoglobin level drop to almost 4 aka faint anytime which is can feel it in my daily life because everytime I stood up my vision turn black. I had to do blood transfusion (2 packs) Till today I wish I knew who were my life saviour I am so grateful. I really want to donate blood but I am still a bit fearful cause of anaemia

Full blood donation is every 12 weeks. He is doing aphaeresis. Aphaeresis is an automated process where machines called blood cell separators draw blood from you. The plasma, platelets or red cells in the blood are extracted. The remaining components are returned to you. Aphaeresis takes up to 3 hours but a full blood donation takes 20 minutes.

Actually just draw 9 bottles of blood for blood test can make me faint. I actually blackout a few times after drawing blood for blood test. But i am diagnosed with blood disorder at age 2. I have too much illness link to blood disorder like legally blind. Even with hard lens i still cannot see properly. I am already wearing -21.00 left eye and -20.00 right eye. Taking hormone pills to prevent period because a single period discharge can make me faint in public. Happen multiple times when i accidentally have period when i am already on med to prevent periods.

But how is vegetarian food enough to provide for his nutritional needs? There’s no protein and the vegetarian stores fry all the vegetables in a lot of oil, it’s no wonder he has high cholesterol.
