After working for 3 different CEOs, I can confirm she has the right mentality to take care of employees first and will have great success. Where most businesses fail is by putting the client first above all else and forgetting the people who made the company successful. I hope she continues this!

Exactly, I was just watching another YT video where a CEO of a public company said if you just take care of your people as well as your customers, it's going to reflect in the company's success. And the shareholders will follow, no need to try to convince them to invest. Focus on the people and culture first!

Exactly, I get a sense that you had a reputable experience line. I’m 18, haven’t worked at too many places, it’s all been retail and I used to think I had no skills. But it was the perspective I had I did learn a lot I learned customer service skills, how to talk to people, how people will react when mad/frustrated, time management, working with others, working with others who don’t put in a good amount of effort. I agree with you, the first green flag I saw was when she said she paid payroll a lot before ever paying a dime to herself

Am 58 retiring next year but the thought of retirement gives me weakness. My apologies to everyone who have retired and filing social security during this time after putting in all those years of work just to lose everything to a problem you never imagined to happen. It’s so difficult for people who are retired and have no savings or loved ones to fall back on.

True, It has never been easier to understand how to build your money after retirement than it is right now with the inflation, when you may study and experience a completely variegated market passively by employing a successful portfolio-advisor. The impacts of the U.S. dollar's gain or fall on investments, in my opinion, are complex.

Wow, a $3 million dollar business and she started with no experience. Take note employers. So many candidates are overlooked for jobs because they don't have the perfect resume or experience, and employers are too lazy to train. This woman learned how to do property management by herself. She had a drive to support herself and family and work the way she wanted to. If she applied to become a property manager through a job, she probably wouldn't have gotten it due to lack of experience. This was extremely inspirational for me as I'm really diving into my freelance writing career out of necessity in this terrible job market and also because employers just want candidates who can hit the ground running. They don't care to train or invest in employees anymore. Owning a business is extremely hard, and it's nice to just be a W-2 worker, but it's harder than it's ever been before in this job market. The hiring process is painfully slow and you're competing with tens and sometimes hundreds of candidates for low paying jobs. We have to make our own streams of income because we definitely can't depend on this current job climate.

This was very interesting and I'm extremely impressed with her boldness and maturity. I'm in Real Estate have a few boutique furnished rental properties both in CA and Mexico and was just joking with a family member that I wanted to build a warehouse. It might look like a store but really it was going to be storage for me!! ;) There are a lot of ups and downs in this business. Just got back from a very unglamorous 3 weeks cleaning up after some water damage and lots of maintenance at one of the properties. Sometimes the boss works the hardest, that's for sure, but I still find it very rewarding!

Short term rental property management so think airbnbs. She (or an employee) is the person you contact when trying to book a space. If you have any maintenance issues with the property you contact her ss well and from the looks of things she also sets up and furnishings. So big investor guy says I wanna get a property and rent it out but I’m not gonna do the legwork for the day to day running so hires her company to do that for him. He pays for whatever work needs to be done and gets 80% profit and she gets 20%

How is property manager field for introverts? Is there a large enough demand to not have to grovel?
@CassieNova-nq7bx
@CassieNova-nq7bx 11 ай бұрын
As a former property manager of 5 years, I would honestly say that it is not the best fit for an introvert. While there are a few types of different PM positions, my years in residential apartment buildings had people coming to me constantly with good news, bad news, everything in between, complaints and of course emergencies. I received upwards of 100 emails a day, had a telephone ringing off the hook and several weekly video conference calls with different asset managers and accountants etc. I understand naturally inclined introverts can and do overcome their preference in order to exist and function in the corporate world, but if you have a severe aversion to dealing with people all day every day, do not go residential / apartment. It is possible something privately owned would be a different story, but I don’t know that side of things.
@asadb1990
@asadb1990 11 ай бұрын
@@CassieNova-nq7bx what you are describing is working for a big dev or buildings owner dealing with tenants all day. I was thinking more on the side of homeowners with an extra home who are renting out their property through me. Most residential owners for a functional property are low maintenance and subsequently well vetted tenants should be the same way.

It was nice to watch and listen to her journey of growth. We are in a similar boat so it was nice to see a different perspective. We are a PM company in FL with a little over 100 doors including single family homes and multifamily units. My husband and I own properties and a commercial property. Having a warehouse would be beneficial for us as well. We too have a lot of furniture, pictures, bikes, and supplies we have to store. It was great seeing someone else grinding in the business we are in. My husband wants to write a book about property management. We all have our fair share of experiences and stories to tell :)

Honestly, this situation makes me uneasy, especially with the potential depression, not just a recession. I'm not sure about my $130K investment strategy given the economic uncertainty.

If you're not familiar with market investing tactics, you should get advice from a financial counselor.

I agree! That's why I work with one. My $520K portfolio is well-prepared for all market conditions, having grown 85% since early last year. My advisor and I are planning for this year too. In my opinion, financial advisors are among the most important professionals, just like doctors.

At the very least, I now grasp the concept of leverage. Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely.

The first step to wealth creation, is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance - either on your own or with the help of a financial advisor. If you can get the facts about savings and investing with a well detailed plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your income.

That's great, your financial advisor must be really good, I have seen testimonies of people using the help of financial advisors in making them more financially stable. I just discovered his exceptional resume when I made a Googled search of his names. I consider it a blessing that I discover this comment area!

That is why I work with John Desmond Heppolette, who introduced me to a better Financial community, a verified agency where I learned how money works and how to create it, as well as free books, courses, and daily lectures. You also get to meet new people, which was the best decision I ever made.

Yeah for real, that guy is one asset manager that gives the breakdown of everything on how things are done, joining an effective financial community can be 100% beneficial when joined properly that's all I can say out of experience..

I wish she explained how she started the business more so than how to keep the money side of it functioning after all the hard work was already done. This is probably the worst quality in these exact videos.

She told you exactly how she did it with her neighbour’s place lol. All you have to do is find someone with no time and list the property for them and offer the ability to furnish. She had a great business model

I didn't become financially independent until I was in my mid 40s, in addition to owning a second house and making money on a monthly basis through passive income, and I've also met some of my goals. I really hope this motivates someone to know that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet; no matter your age, you can start today. Investing can help you change your future! By participating in the financial market, I took a significant decision.

Understanding the intricacies of investing is crucial. That's why it's important to have a reliable support system, such as a financial consultant, who can guide you, especially when it comes to selecting assets. Personally, I work with Alex martin tarlor, an investment advisor who collaborates with a licensed wealth management firm. I must say that my financial journey has been exceptional under his guidance. Alex is widely recognized for his excellent services, so you may already be familiar with him.
