knowing how much money people make doesn't make you know how wealthy they are. For this you also need to know their living cost. For example in Canada right now a bunch of people make over 2000$ a month, thats sounds better then most Russians right? And yet, most Canadians with that salary are not only living a life drown in debts but a lot of them are homeless despite earning over 2000$ a month. Why? Because just the average rent is 2000$ per month. Thats not counting food, electric bills, gas and so on. And thats just average. In Vancouver a single empty room is able 4000$ per month.... They make 6 times more money then the Russian farmer and yet the Russian farmer that makes 330$ a month owns 100 times more assets then those Canadians.

Solar panels are not only expensive but they really aren't all that good. Instead buy a electric turbine generator or buy a gas generator and dismantle it to get the turbine. Its way cheaper. Then get some plombery pipes and it shaped like a Christmas cane. Get a large container like 2 by 2 meters or so. Half fill it with water. Fix the turbine above the water. Fill the cane like pipe of water and then lift it will blocking each end so water dont escape. Place the long end near the bottom of the container: at least 2 inch above the bottom and the shorter end on top of the turbine's water wheel. Open the longer end of the cane like pipe first (the one submerged in water) then open the shorter end and simply watch as the power of gravity makes water flow up the pipe and down on the turbine's water wheel generating endless energy. Just make sure to periodically refill the water container to compensate with evaporation because the water the lower part of the pipe isnt submerged anymore, the gravity water generator will stop working.. Advantage of this is you can have it anywhere, you don't need sunlight, wind, water stream nor fuel to make it work and its more efficient then wind and solar generators. And its cleaner for the environment. And the water used for it doesn't need to be clean either, it can be sea water or even waste water.

This entire video is flawed. If the individual makes 115K, his take home salary is 6,400$ per MONTH after state taxes. He spends 5K? and saves 3k? I understand this does not depict his AVERAGE spending each month and he clearly mentions that. This video does not accurately represent anything. What point are you trying to make in this video????????

I went to high school with Jae, he was an extremely nice guy, really humble and charismatic. I remember he was kind of in the popular "jock" group in high school and we had a class together, he was very nice to me even though I was that weird, quiet art girl that people often bullied. People like him are great teachers because they have such a warm heart.

I’m also Korean and quite older than you and had a similar plan when I was your age. The problem with a lot people is that they don’t know how to sacrifice at a young age and spot looking for quick financial gains. I wasn’t the smartest but I was always driven and got my work ethic from my Mother. My wife and I were able to retire before we turned 55 years old. HS teacher here in NorCal since 2015 with an MA and I'm also "blown away" by the salary😅. Although my city's cost of living is higher than OC (according to trusty google), my salary is only 90k this year. According to our expired contract, I will have to teach 8 more years before reaching that sweet 102k. If living with his parents offers him a chance to save aggressively while also providing more time with family and friends, who cares about other people’s opinions. It’s seems he has made some very pragmatic decisions that are smart. For those who aren't familiar with Orange county, CA it's quite expensive to live there. The average house price in the OC is $800K, gas price averages $5.75, but currently as of OCt. 6th it's $6.25. If you are renting an apartment in a decent area, you're looking at about well over $2K per month for a 2-bedroom apartment & that's not including utilities yet. Making $100K per year in OC area will barley give you a comfortable life. You still have to budget your spending & still drive a Civic or Camry.

@colombiantom
@colombiantom Жыл бұрын
@@aramesh428 This is false, most teacher don't get paid well, specially not based on how much education they need. Look at the salary schedules, most teachers in most places around the US make around 50K, with no annual raises. Even where he lives top pay is a bit over 100k after a PhD, he does not have a PhD. He must be hired through a sports program, because coaches in certain leagues can make millions of dollars. @salyluz6535
@salyluz6535 Жыл бұрын
@@colombiantom It completely depends upon where you live. Every state is different, every local school district offers different compensation. I’m a retired teacher and have many teachers among my friends and family. All are making well over 50,000 a year in the middle US states, but yes, most have taken advantage of opportunities to get at least a masters degree or certification in something like becoming a Reading Specialist. Many of them do something after school &/or in the summer for extra income in the years when they want it, just like this young man. There are many opportunities for tutoring, coaching, giving lessons on nearly everything from tennis to piano or violin. Some of my friends and relatives pursue other activities in the summer, many of which bring additional income. Some do something through the year, such as working on crafts they enjoy making, then selling them at summer festivals or fall holiday fairs, or being a cake decorator for special occasions, or a baker who sells at a Saturday farmers market etc. So it is completely up to where you choose to live, where you choose to work, and what type of lifestyle you choose. Several of my friends work in cities with good teacher pay, but live 5 - 20 miles outside the city in a less expensive area. If you choose to not go into debt, and to live within your budget so that you can save up money, teachers can really do quite well!

Additionally, taken to consideration that he’s only working about 7 to 8 months a year. He has summers off he has weeks off during Christmas he has like six days off during Thanksgiving. He has a spring break off not to mention he gets to leave school and be off at 2:30 in the afternoon. What other job has that flexibility zero not to mention he gets a full pension, what other job gives out in the private sector about one percent of jobs most of them only give you a 401(k), however he’ll get a pension which is guaranteed monthly income for life

I’m an Asian American man and I also teach high school. After 13 years of teaching with an M. Ed right off the bat, I now make $103,000/ year. Extra income includes teaching 2 summer school sessions which brings in $4,800 (after tax) and coaching soccer which brings in another $2500 (stipend). Life is great as a teacher and I live in one of the most affordable BLUE states in the midwest. Also, can’t complain about a year salary being paid into 10 months (21 paychecks), for only 9 months worth of work 🤓.

He must be maxed out on units on his salary schedule because 6 figures as a teacher with only 7 years teaching experience is very rare even in Southern California... I'm a coach as well and we put in way more hours than the hourly rate of the stipend so it comes out to be less than $1 per hour for coaching an entire season. But we do it because we're dedicated to the sport.

@@arex9000 That’s right! There is a teacher shortage almost everywhere right now, so teachers can choose where to live and what lifestyle & income they want. But not every state has a good teacher benefits system, nor good pension. (For example, the teacher retirement system in California has really been dishonest with and not provided my elderly aunt what they said they would, after she taught there 35 years.) When you are young you might want to move around and try living in a few different places; but in most states you need to live there and work in the same state quite a long time (like 30 or more years in many states!) before you can retire at a pension level that will support you and offer full benefits after retirement.
