These homes are in great locations but 2 of them are tear downs. They will only sell on further reductions. These high priced homes $50 mil+ ALWAYS drop their prices huge. Here's the problem with 75 million home, #1 you have a limited market (billionaires) #2 most billionaires would only custom build their homes because even the slightest detail that turns them off and they will tear the home down and start fresh (if they really want that property it sits on) so basically their just buying the land for 75 million, a steep price for buying dirt even for a billionaire.
