"if you can afford this house, you don't care about maintenance cost" is the thing I'm the most tired of hearing. I would assume the annual cost for this property would be around 1.5 million dollars. The reason one would have the means to afford such property is because they can count.

Like to the average person, its completely life changing. All three that I'm referring to are billionaires here in North America, all family friends, and none have inherited. I know a million isn't much for them, heck I'd have to work for about 50,000 years (or 25 baby-jesus-to-today) to have the same amount of money as one of them does (he's at roughly 3B). It's really the same as me giving 50k to my parents if I hit the 50 million jackpot, which is nothing. I just think the phrase the realtor used is both cliché, overused, and most untrue. Cheers!

Bonneville Dam and the Columbia Gorge is one of the best windy places year round. Plus home solar is making a surge. Any extra power is sold to other states through Boneville Power.
