Hi, all your projects are amazing, especially the pinball machine which I'm thinking of buying, but have you ever thought about a plywood board game table with covered top and accessories? I would kill for a bundle like that ;)

Glad you enjoy our design projects! The board game table sounds like an interesting build! Do you have a specific size in mind? They seem to range from a coffee table-sized to a big 6-person dining table. I’d love to hear more about what features you’d want in a bundle like that!

@@Aribabox I am glad that you are considering taking on this challenge in your workshop. For my own use I was thinking about a typical table for 4 people (simply: most board games are for 4 people and my family consists of 4 :) ). At first I thought about adapting one of the popular plywood table designs to a version of a gaming table, similar maybe to this one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2HQY4SVg5Ktf68si=pr3G7ETjJelnTnD_ but without gluing and screwing. However, my wife would not let me replace a typical table with one so easily, hence later I found such a foldable solution kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYnQYqV8lMZ6gqcsi=8l4vJ629sY227ONu , but it has one drawback - in the break of the game you have to fold everything and unfold it again. Currently I have reached the stage of trying to get inspired by this solution like this kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXrCi3WVaL6tZ80si=KfXy4yKgBXf-0tmA with added fences at the edge and the cover deck on top. I believe, no, I know :) that you are able to develop this idea to the highest level of functionality and mobility.

@@bet1er_man Thanks for sharing your ideas - they're all really intriguing, and each has its own strengths and challenges. - The dining table with a removable tabletop stands out as the most practical option for everyday use, and it could seamlessly blend into family life. - The foldable table is great for occasional use but does require dedicated storage space when not in play. - The smaller version is compact and portable but might be more challenging to build due to the complexity of joinery and its limited ability to incorporate features like cardholders and storage. I think the key focus would be designing simple, convenient joinery for the attachments, as the tabletop itself seems relatively straightforward.

The candles in a Hanukkah menorah symbolize the eight nights of the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah, and the ninth candle, called the shamash, is used to light the other eight... Oh wait.
