Chris, the bench looks great! Parametric modeling is such a wonderful feature. I used Autodesk Inventor for most of my career and it was so nice to be able to change the value of a variable, such as hole spacing, and it would update throughout the assembly. As I told the other engineers, it made me look less stupid.

Thank you Bob, I'm really enjoying the new bench. I came up on old Auto-Cad 2D and then Pro-E and sketchup so Fusion is a nice challenge. Parametric is excellent, especially when planned before modeling! Thank you for the encouragement. I'm very rusty, but I've got my relationships for the model figured out, just need to spend the time to work through it.

Just found your project. Awesome! I'm very interested in keeping up to date with your progress with the Fusion360 version. I already have ideas of making something like this but something like 4'x27" sections so I can save space around my garage day to day and attach them as need be for more workspace.

Thanks for watching, I'm glad you found the channel. I'm not sure if I mentioned that in the video, but I have a long term plan for a four 24x48" cart version. Hoping to have some Fusion models up soon!

@@benchtopwoodworks Awesome! That's so great. I've been strategizing of how to attach the benches together in different configurations using the dog holes or by some other means. Was thinking that the tables should have dog holes end up being the same 4 inches apart in both the top and the legs when they are placed side by side. I have a bunch of ideas already.
