I would like to thank you very much for the very concise and informative videos on CNC Milling. I am truly grateful for your efforts and resources used to bring this to me (and many others). I have learned much today, you have inspired me. Sincerely grateful. (from a girl who was never allowed to learn a masculine trade)

I want thank you for the video, sir. This has got me so interested. That I sign up for a course at the local Technical College School. I can not thank you enough that just one video on youtube would change my life in the future, because when I'm done I'll have a job and a new life. Please make more video.

3:00-4:00 Before describing how to actually move the CNC axes. Let's keep in mind that the machine is designed so that the table makes X and Y movements while the Z axis makes the up and down movements. Thinking of the table moving around is extremely confusing we will therefore pretend that the table is stationary and the spindle makes all the movements, with this assumption the familiar Cartesian coordinate system will remain in effect and these XY axes can be thought of being directly on top of the CNC table, in this way your programming will be made much much easier.

From 3:00-4:00 the volume is very low in the video.

When he first busted out the pulse generator I thought it was some kind of smiley face robot box, used as a joke. I guess that's the normal box.

I use a very much recent machin with 3 axis! I don't even know that this old version still exist! but still a cool machine, but compared to some recent with dozens of buttons, and just in portugal in a small firm.

Do not hit your material with a metal hammer, it can bounce up a bit. You must use a dead blow hammer.

Seeing the narrator use the vise handle to tap the piece down made me cringe every time he did it. Use a rubber mallet. Never use the handle of the vise.
