I agree with Pete. Can we see the end product? I have watched too many CNC operation tutorials where few if any show the program in process and the end product. It would be nice to see the CNC machine work and work properly. And to see the final result. After all it is the finished product the customer wants as eel as the KZbin viewer. Otherwise the tutorial is informative and useful The narrator leaves little to imagination and is very thorough.

You are misusing the edge finder. Use a very slow spindle speed like 500 RPM. You start with the tip offset and as you approach the edge the tip will center and when you get to the exact edge it will JUMP! That is the indication you have reached the edge. Also the Wiggler is a different type of edge finder.
