I own a 2015 T.L.X. V-6...I have had it for about seven months and so far I am digging it !!! It is fast and smooth, has great safety featues, a nice audio package, a moon roof, mag wheels and all wheel drive..... So far so good ...........................................................................

Why is this video produced like a 1992 Driver's safety video in high school..

Love Acura! My dad had a 1987 Integra that lasted him almost 300,000 miles!!! Awesome cars!

I've noticed that CNET On Cars doesn't do a "bluetooth handsfree phone sound quality test". Brands like Toyota and Lexus have terrible sound quality when it comes to their bluetooth handsfree phone quality while Honda/Acura is quite good. It would be nice to grade out this feature to make future comparisons. It can also make or break a car purchase deal.

***** I have a 2013 GS 350 F Sport and the handsfree sound quality is terrible. Check the messageboards, it's a common issue.

Acura should have put larger tires on the V6 models; if you look at certain in-depth reviews with test drives, you'll notice on the front drive V6, major wheel spin occurs when you floor it. In the I4 model, it will have a slight wheelspin for a split second.

I guess the car may have rear wheel steering, but only of a couple degrees if seems. They would have to do a lot to make it feel light if they had to add the mechanisms to make it do so - even with drive-by-wire, but that helps. Thanks for the video, Mr. Cooley and crew!

I feel like he was told to be more exciting or to explain things more quickly but it was unnecessary because his reviews were perfectly fine - great, even. A message to who ever is giving this fine gentleman advice - you're wrong. Let him do his job.

Gadgets nowadays are so high tech but in auto industry it is a desaster with tech and optimization

good review, but i did not like the way the footage was edited!!

that was a very short, lack-luster review. Usually, they go into more detail on interiors...lots was done for this new TLX and then they didn't even get the SH-AWD version to show people it's handling potential. And no..I don't own an acura or have any reason to be an Acura fanboy

I made the mistake of trading my TL for a TLX, V6 SH-AWD what a disappointment, worst transmission ever built, have constant vibration issues due to some manufacturing defect which their engineers have yet to figure out and it is becoming a huge problem for a lot of owners. JUNK CAR, DO NOT BUY ONE !!!
@zalien68 жыл бұрын
I've heard the TL also had transmission issues. Did you experience that or you think that was just a one case scenario?
@CaicoPotcake8 жыл бұрын
I personally never had any issues with my 2009 TL transmission. My 2015 TLX is now in for service and a 3rd software update on the transmission. The vibration is a separate and still unresolved issue that Acura National is still refusing to deal with. However I am pleased to say that the Dealer has finally agreed to take back my TLX and replace it with a 2016 RDX. They don't want to risk losing a customer who has so far purchased 10 cars.

Caico Potcake sounds like they did good, I'm looking at getting a 3rd gen TL as my seconf car sometime this year... Personally I would asked them for a new Honda lol I think they are nicer than the new Acura's but that's just personal preferance
