*Weatherman grew on camera* Producer: "Whoa, three, what are you doing?" Weatherman: "Did I just grow on the air here?" Producer: "Three!" Weatherman: "Now, I'm getting smaller, I'm shrinking!" Producer: "Holy s**t, what is going on out there? Come on, get it under control!" That is just hilarious because weather guy knows something funky is happening. Not as funny as the caption on 2:25 . "MURDER CITY" LOL Was that intentional?

@racer42O No, the anchors can only hear it when someone in the control room presses the buttons for their earpieces. There's separate buttons for everyone involved, though sometimes a certain channel is listened to by multiple people; for example, all the floor cameramen will usually be on the same line so they all know what each other is doing. (Though as these bloopers reels show, it often doesn't help, hehe.)

The track is recorded usually for continuity and figuring out reasons for problems. It’s never on air: this is likely a collection of control room tapes.
