When just one or two predictions come true, and our economy collapses, harder than it did in 2008, or that damn glacier melts away and unleashes untold amounts of fresh water, or the melting tundras give off way too much methane, or mass automation will take over most jobs, then things can be over quite fast for society as we know it. @TheBushdoctor682 жыл бұрын
Every channel reaches a max amount of subs related to their content. From that point on, creators like to assume they're being pushed to the back, while in reality they've simply reached the max amount of KZbin visitors who are interested in their specific line of videos. For Kyle, that would be the young adult section of lefties, which is far from the largest section of visitors on this platform. Are leftie channels ignored by the algorithm? Absolutely. But is it the main cause of their sub-growth to suddenly stagnate? No, because A: People knew how to find them in the past, so why wouldn't they now, and B: It happens to each of them at separate points in time, and all at about the amount of subs you would expect for a channel like that. - TYT, for example, shot up to 3 million, then considerably slowed down on the way to 5M and that's about their max. They will take a long, loooong time to reach 6M.

@@callumsmith6051 Well there's really no such thing as totally unbiased news. All news has some framework or bias stemming from the individuals reporting the news. I'd say they're much better than CNN though, and far closer to any semblance of objectivity.
@callumsmith60512 жыл бұрын
@@Xpistos510 I don't disagree with anything you said, when I said unbiased it was more of a loose term to describe as unbiased as we could realistically get. My issue was more with the previous persons comment implying there is significant bias at the BBC which just isn't true, the only reason you would even think that is if their views are relatively extreme in some way or if this is some kind of Americanism of no one can have anything better than us, but with a name like Duncan I do doubt the latter.

I work for Cox Communications, and they promote diversity as a core value. They don't wave it like a flag to score points or put in in a commercial add. They live it.

I grow weary of the false virtues being peddled - “piety” and “patriotism” on the “right,” “diversity” and “inclusiveness” on what passes for a “left:” it’s fucking disgusting hearing them go in about this nonsense…

@@tahjsimon9058 Tell me: what’s the point of “voting rights” when there’s no one to vote for? Your options are all corporate puppets! Unless the oligarchs are destroyed there’s no point in even talking about this issue as it’s all moot point…
