It wasn't on TV or anything, but something similar happened to me when I was leaving a voice mail for an important client. Of course I had said my name and my company name before I started laughing uncontrollably. I finally eeked out an apology and said I would call back. When we finally spoke she thanked me - she said her and her co-workers were listening to it over and over and they couldn't stop laughing. It made their day and me...I guess that's good.
