There's a kind of schizophrenia where a part of the brain pushes up against the skull. I don't know if all forms of schizophrenia are like that. Anxiety is correlated to the gut microbiome and there is a lot of study into it right now. I believe there are even diets that reduce anxiety due to after a handful of months they change the gut biome. Anxiety is interesting because it's also psychological, a blend of both the gut and the mind. Usually both aspects need to be addressed. On the psychological side both CBT and DBT both are proven in studies to work, and both of them I believe are 12 sessions, 1 session a week. A lot of progress can be done quite quickly thankfully. Good luck with everything.

The Japanese and other Asian cultures have had and maintained an enormous body of knowledge about the effects of all the different foods we consume. When a patient visits a doctor, food is always discussed and practical remedies are offered. Nutrition is also taught in public school, starting in primary school. Here in the west, we don’t even teach this to doctors, and they aren’t capable of addressing the effects of food on their patients. We also feed children heaps of ultra-processed foods in the public schools. This is incredibly ignorant on our part given that this knowledge has been accumulated and passed down for millennia. It’s time the authorities and influencers of policy started moving in the right direction.

Neurological conditions are all toxin related and often have pathogenic activity involved. Clearing the metals and toxins from the brain and improving the body's immune system are crucial to recovery. Sweet potatoes clear metals out while boosting the immune system. Bananas and citrus are plentiful in tropical regions. Papaya, mango, coconut, jackfruit, etc. are also big healers. Yes, food is good medicine. @@grobinson4805 Of course he can. So many of the brief video snippets that show him hesitating, in full context show that he's actually making a joke. Trying to hold himself back from using a bad word when referencing Trump. "Got to clear my mind," etc. Look at his entire speeches. Trust me, snippets of Trump's speeches make him look a lot worse than Biden. Well, to be fair, entire Trump's speeches make him look a lot worse than entire Biden speeches. You don't need to manipulate snippets to make Trump look bad.

The body can already produce its own L-serine with the help of vitamin b6 (pyridoxal phosphate). This just demonstrates the necessity for balanced nutrition status.

I remember reading about lydigo bodig disease in The Pacific Daily News back in the 1980s. Then the theory was that flour made from the kernel of the fadang palm (cycad) was the cause. So the cycad is still considered the source, but the route of ingestion has been more specifically identified.

You also need enough folic acid to support the production of L-serine. Also, you can explore Louise Hay's book "You Can Heal Your Life." In the mid. section in the book, she lists the "Probable Cause" for various diseases - which is also dis-ease in your thoughts. For Alzheimer's and Dementia, it's: Refusal to deal with the world as it is. Hopelessness and helplessness. Anger. Under the "New Thought Pattern" to take, is: There is always a new and better way for me to experience life. I forgive and release the past. I move into joy.

That's a good point. Getting enough B9 (folic acid) probably helps. Peanuts are high in both B9 and L-serine.

I think it would be wise to look at the long term study done out of Mayo Clinic...nearly 50 years. You will present a more scientific point of view. This didn't begin in 2003; I worked with the people in Guam in 1996. A ton of information that should be added here; this is quite incomplete.

It's only part of the documentary apparently. Don't get your undies in a bundle; research that is being done now, it's implied that it's built on what came before.
