@@co-motioncycles7269 Is it possible to get one of these made that would support 700x40 tires AND mudguards? I ask that, because I plan on a big tour in 3 years when I retire, and want one of these fitted with 700x40 Schwalbe Mondials - but also want mudguards. Thanks in advance.

What’s the real difference between the Pangea, divide, siskyou, americano? They seem to have different tyre clearances but aside from that look the same
@co-motioncycles72693 жыл бұрын
Yes they are very similar with subtle differences. All these models are appropriate for expedition touring with no weight limitations. The Americano is more road tuned with the 28-37c tire range. The Divide, Siskiyou and Pangea all have the same tire clearance at 50mm which is great for rough roads. Each of these are designed around their individual wheel diameters; 29", 27.5" and 26".

I'd be interested in one of your bikes. I'm down here in Orange County California. Do you guys have dealers you go through?

Anything with a steering lock while parking, belt drive with Rohloff similar to Koga?
@co-motioncycles7269 Жыл бұрын
Yes, we can add the SteerStopper to most models along with a belt drive and Rohloff hub. This includes the Americano, Divide, Siskiyou and Pangea bikes.

Is the Americano the only model that is derailleur and undished?
@co-motioncycles72692 жыл бұрын
For single bike models yes, this is achieved with a 145mm rear hub.

@@co-motioncycles7269 why do you think this is not a standardised thing? Makes sense to me. I guess you’d have to get all the component makers onboard with it which would be challenging because of the power of tradition 🙂
