Bears have burned the Olin bridge. It would take George actually admitting he messed up and apologize to Oline before he would agree to help them.

I’d love to see a group of former Bears, brought in to advise on how to move forward. My personal opinion is I want Olin brought in to help pick the GM and coach.

Great honest show. I love how KAP was continuously put back in his place with all these excuses, "Caleb is tapped out", "they want a leader of men", "IF we won the Washington game we'd be 9-2". Gtfoh. Caleb is not it (this year) and the team don't respond to him because he's not playing well. And Getsy schemed Mooney out the offense. The year prior he had a career year with Fields.

That was a great show guys appreciate it. Quick Tom Waddle story...this guy is a mans man. Met him decades ago when he was a player and relaxing at Arlington Race track when Dick Duchossois had a horse named Katahula County running. Tommy was alone and so gracious to chat a few minutes with some Bear fans. Hes such a good dude. Thats why I listen to him all week on ESPN Chicago.

I’m not normally a guy that says it has to be an offensive guy. However, I’m this case, I believe it has to be Ben Johnson. We have a fantastic talent at quarterback who has been through hell his rookie year. Get him a great coach

This was the problem last year that I saw, so everyone should’ve seen. ( I’m no expert ). Flus in his first two years already had shown he can’t manage a game let alone in important game ending situations. And it was spewed by the media and clear that they didn’t play any QB / great team last year, and this should’ve been a just as cushy year as far as strength of schedule. Washington game did them in. Look how hard they played the division the first time. Same as Washington. Final situation where you had the chance to win. And you made the obvious wrong choice/ worst decision. Second time around looks awful, but that’s the coaches and the culture. Players as well. You get sick of losing games you should’ve won. How can they come back? They were done after Washington game and that’s sad

@guiseppe28624 күн бұрын
How is keeping Ryan Poles even debatable? This is his culture!! That is HIS team. He drafted/signed the players and coaches....All of them!!!! He made this mess and must wear it. Chris Morgan is still to this day his OL coach despite horrible OL play for all the three years he has been here. Poles is soft and this team is a reflection of him. There is not one alpha on the entire team. Two alphas fell right into his lap in Jalen Carter and Brock Bowers, both monsters, but he chose to take the soft ass Rome Odunze (wrong routes, bad routes, oops I dropped it) and out of shape Darnell Wright. He could have had his Chris Jones and Kelce and moving in the right direction. It's those kinds of players that lead to a Super Bowl. That is just a microcosm of who Poles is and who the Bears are. He must go if they want any chance at all to save CW and cure the cancer that has spread trhoughout the entire locker room.

If I was BJohnson or any of the top tier HC candidate, I would ask for top money. Simply because I do not trust this organization to hit the ocean with a pebble while knee deep on its shore. I do not believe George or Warren (thus far) or the GM are capable of being transparent and honest- in that order. So if I'm risking my future and trust you blindly, the compensation better be worth the risk. It is almost a sure bet they are hiring someone and forming a comittee to pick the next HC and for sure will suggest someone based on affiliation and common agents.
