Coach, My Arm Hurts.

Has your son or daughter ever complained of pain in his or her throwing arm? Chances are that they have. It has become all too common for players to be suffering from pain in their throwing arm. PBI and the Baseball Health Network present "Stay Healthy & In the Game" Tuesday June 4 at 8 PM at PBI's indoor facility in Upper Saddle River, NJ.

I am 13 and I am a softball catcher, I have had pain for almost a year and it has gone from where it has barely hurt to where I almost cry when I throw, right now it is where I almost cry when I throw. I have school ball coming up in 2 weeks, and I don't know what I should do. The pain doesn't go away, it is worse when I throw, but it hurts when I don't throw.

my arm keeps hurting from throwing. I am not even a pitcher, but I catch sometimes. I think it is because of throwing to much. it hurt so bad that my arm started to get weak and when I tried to drink out of my water bottle holding it with my throwing hand, my hand would shake a bit. its also to start hurting my shoulder a bit now to. any advice, it hurt a lot.
