I’m an over 65 grandmother who periodically carried my grandson’s . I noticed over time my left arm has less range of motion and certain stretching movements will cause pain. I don’t carry the children anymore because I feel I’ve injured the arm. I tried the massages and immediately found the trouble spot. The muscle on my upper arm had a knot. I feel relief already. I will keep up the massages. Thank you for this informative video. I use a facial massager which has two metal balls that rolls nicely over the skin . Seems to work well.

I have been strugling over a year and still have not found anyway to fix the upper arm pain. It has started getting so bad rn that I can't even eat food with a fork or lift anything or do quick motions could you tell me the way you lost the pain? I am gonna go to a doctor soon to check it

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I've been over-doing it but getting that cramp in my forearm stopped me in my tracks with sheer pain; -felt like a charlie horse -only in my arm. I came to my 'go-to' which is KZbin and so thankful i come across your video first. I got the coconut oil and the spoon and immediately started feeling better. Not perfect yet but so much better than it was. I am so impressed that in no time you were giving the advice i needed. None of that having to watch a whole video for 20-minutes and still not getting to the point. WOW!!! I tried this spoon technique last night before bed on my upper arm. This morning is the first time I’ve woken up without great pain in 8 months. I could barely move my arms in some ways without pain which also affected my strength. It did turn much more red in the areas with the most pain from the spoon. Thank you so very much. I tried the muscle scraping technique, but I used a coin instead of a spoon. IT WORKED. I have been having terrible sore arms because I have been sleeping on my side due to pregnancy. I have tried massages but the relief did not last for too long. But this technique worked like wonder! instant relief and felt really good even after I sleep on my sides again. Wow!! I had tennis elbow for a cpl weeks now and did 2 of the stretches here in the laziest way possible and pain gone. Immediately did 25 push ups no pain . Thx so much... will do some more thorough stretches though

I finally got around to scraping my arm with a spoon (!) and I have to say the results are very good so far. As a throwing athlete, I've had tightness in my shoulder, forearm, triceps... but when I did the Gua Sha, it was my biceps that flared up - my skin there now looks like I've been wiping it with nettles! 'Gritty' doesn't begin to explain what my muscles felt like! But the other parts of my arm now feel looser as a result. Thanks again, Dr. Rowe!

The spoon method worked so good for me. I could hardly move my arm without cringing my face from muscle pain. After using the spoon method I could move my arm with a tiny bit of pain. I could move my arm in full range motion and the tiny bit of pain I had after doing the spoon method I could tolerate. Thank you!!

I’ve been dealing with upper left arm pain since December 2022. I also have PMR. Both myself and my doctor thought the pain was due to PMR. I have been trying your method using the spoon on my upper arm for two days (deltoid), using Freez It and then icing afterward. I have been having trouble with range of motion and arm strength. Your method is helping me immensely. I have noticed a bruise since starting this, and was wondering if that is normal. Thank you so much for this video.

Thank you soo much the spoon and oil techniques are the first ones to give me relief. I had the vaccine and a few days later started to have severe and debilitating pain. I tried exercises over the last 2 weeks but it was too painful. Using the spoon and OIL TECHNIQUE is great. I can now start to do some of the exercises too. Thanks again 🙂👍

I have examens and have been studiying, so nearly no exercise . I did play some basketball day before but I had nothing before going to bed. Feels like I tore my bicep overnight? Today I don't feel pulsing pain put if I twist or stretch my arm in a certain motion it hurts bad very bad What might have caused this?

Omg that after the spoon my shoulder went bright red but I have been able to raise my arm from about 90 degrees to 170. Not quite full yet but the most movement in about 6 months. Thank you.

Thank you! I could have used this about 4 weeks ago, tho, when I started to work out several really achy spots in my arms (bc sometimes I wasn't even able to open my fingers after carrying even light bags). At least now I know that what I was doing wasn't all that wrong LOL. It helped, too. Had to to take some ibuprofen bc some knots got massively hot and inflamed but gladly that stopped after the first couple times.

Just had a muscle sprain in my left arm while planking. It was hurting real bad, tried the spoon method for like 5 mins nd tbh it's the best thing i seriously feel a lot better and can move my arms a lot better now. Tysmmm!
